MS/HS Back to School Info & Letter

Back to School

 

Below you will find some important information and dates regarding "back to school" for MS/HS students:

 

Returning Student Online Registration

If you haven’t already done so, all returning students need to please register in our online registration system. This easy and efficient registration process allows us to gather all necessary information about your student(s) for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. Online Registration can be accessed by logging into your Powerschool Parent Portal. If you have questions please contact the Central Registrar at 419-633-6218.

 

Important Back to School Dates

 

Tuesday, August 6 - Registration Day - 11:30am - 7:30pm  

All returning and new students need to stop into our building to prepare for the school year. Students will receive schedules, pick-up chromebooks, pay fees, and receive important back-to-school resources. 

 

Monday, August 12 - Open House - 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Students and families are welcome to tour the building, meet our staff, and locate classrooms and lockers. 

 

Wednesday, August 14 - First Day of School for Students

Bryan Middle/High School will begin and end classes at the following times:

Start Time: 8:00am

End Time: 2:45pm

 

If Bryan City Schools are ever on a 2-hour delay schedule::

2-hour Delay Start Time: 10:00am

2-hour Delay End Time: 2:45pm

 

Early Bird Classes Start and End Time:

Early Bird Class Start Time: 7:00am (2-hr delay start time of 9:00)

Early Bird Class End Time: 7:45am (2-hr delay end time of 9:45)

Doors Open for Early Bird Students: 6:45am

 

Chromebooks

Students in grades 6-12 will be issued a Chromebook to be utilized as a tool to enhance their learning experience. Students will be able to pick up
their
school issued Chromebook during Registration Day. If your student(s) wish to receive a Chromebook they may take home from school with them this coming school year, a $50.00 Technology Protection Plan payment and completed Loan Agreement form is required prior to the issuance of your Chromebook.
