8th Football Win NWOAL Championship
The 8th grade football team finished their season with a 6-2 record by defeating the Evergreen Vikings 22-0. Adyen Pelz scored on TD runs and Rylan Garza ran for another. Dylan Dominique ran in a pair of two point conversions. Both Cole Bolton Sell and Eli Breckler had interceptions.
The 8th grade team finished 6-1 in league play to take the league title. Great season Bears!
7th Fall to Evergreen
14-0 Egreen won. 0-0 all they way into the 4th quarter. Maddox Langenderfer had an interception, as some great runs from both Aiden Shellenberger and Jace Kepler.
8th Volleyball Out of Tournament By #1 Seed
Bryan 8th grade volleyball lost to Swanton, the number one seed, in tournaments this past weekend. They were defeated in two sets, 23-25 and 15-25.
7th Lose to #1 Seed
Bryan 7th grade volleyball lost to #1 seeded Liberty Center Saturday in the NWOAL tournament, 13-25 and 9-25. Hannah Andrews led the team in serving, serving 7 for 8. Katelan Nagel led the team in digs with 3, Lillie Clemens had 2 and Olivia Thomas had 1 dig.
8th Football Defeat PH
The 8th grade football team moved their record to 5-1 with a 36-14 win over PH. Dylan Dominique ran for a touchdown and had an interception. Both Ayden Pelz and Rylan Garza had two TD’s. They travel to LC next week.
7th Football Fall To Patrick Henry
Bryan lost last night's 7th grade matchup with PH by a score of 12-8. Highlights were Maddox Langenderfer's completion for touchdown followed by Jace Kepler's 2pt conversion. The defense played well in the second half shutting PH down but wasn't able to find the endzone in the last minute.
Cross Country Competes at Home
JH CC competed against Archbold, Liberty Center, and Defiance last night at home. Girls came in 2nd, and boys 3rd overall. Top scorers for the girls: Marah Smith (5th 13:50) Ella Voigt (7th 14:04) & Tabithah Taylor (8th 14:11). Boys Hayden Barrow Whetro (23rd 14:23), Tyler Wolff (25 15:05)
7th/8th Volleyball Split with Wauseon
8th Volleyball fell to Wauseon last night. 25-19, 11-25, and 12-25.
7th grade volleyball defeated Wauseon in 2 sets, 25-19 and 25-22.
Leading the team in serving was Ellie King serving 14 for 15. Marlee Yoder was 6 for 7, Hannah Andrews was 7 for 8, Lillie Clemens was 7 for 9, Katelan Nagel was 4 for 5 and Olivia Thomas was 3 for 4.
Andrews, Yoder and Nagel each had 2 digs. Cassidy James had 1 dig. Allison Vashaw had 2 kills and 1 block. Thomas and Clemens each had 1 kill.
The jr high teams will begin tournament play Saturday morning in Bryan.
Girls CC 6th at Fostoria
JH cross country competed at the fostoria invitational. Boys did not have enough competing for a team result. Girls got 6th overall.

The Bryan 8th grade football team moved their record to 4-1 with a 38 to 24 win over Delta. Dylan Dominique threw for two touchdowns and ran for another. Rylan Garza caught a touchdown pass and ran for two TD’s. Cole Bolton Sell caught a touchdown pass. Eli Breckler and Dylan Dominique had interceptions in the game.

Bryan lost to Archbold in two sets, 22-25 and 14-25. Lead servers for Bryan were Kierstyn Bherns serving 7-8, Lauren Lambert serving 6-7 and Maya Kiel serving 7-10. Blayze Langenderfer had 5 kills, Maya Kiel had 3 kills. Kierstyn Bherns also had 6 digs.
7th grade volleyball was defeated by Archbold in 2 sets, 11-25 and 21-25. The jr. high teams will be back in action on Monday at home vs. Hicksville.

7th Football Falls to Archbold
Bryan travelled to Archbold to play the Blue Streaks. The Bears lost 22-0 in a close matchup with the Blue Streaks. Jase Kepler helped stop the Streaks with an interception and several nice passes to Cole Uran. Cole Uran also answered on defense with a forced and recovered fumble. Though the bBears didn't manage to find the endzone the Bears played hard.

Bryan defeated Archbold 30 to 16. Rylan Garza scored 4 touchdowns and a two point conversion. Dylan Dominique threw a touchdown pass and ran in a two point conversion. Ayden Pelz ran in a two point conversion.

JH CC Runs At Montpelier
Top girls were Molly Hess with a 13:45, and Marah Smith with a 13:48 and top boy was Tyler Wolff with a 14:40.

The 8th grade football team moved their record to 2-1 with a 26-16 win over Wauseon.
Dylan Dominique threw a touchdown pass to Cole Bolton Sell.
Ayden Pelz ran for two touchdowns and Rylan Garza ran for one.
The entire offensive line of Breckler, Vollmer, Spisak, Koch, Shilling and Bell play an outstanding game!
7th Football Lost a Tough Game
The 7th grade football team lost a tough game with rival Wauseon. The Bears went down two scores in the first before several runs by Jace Kepler and Aiden Shellenbereger put the bears in the red zone. Jace went in for the score. The second half featured several big plays but the Bears couldn't find the endzone and lost 36-6.

The 7th grade volleyball team lost to Wauseon in 2 tough sets, 22-25 and 14-25.
Leading the team in serves was Hannah Andrews serving 8 for 8. Lillie Clemens was 5 for 6 and Marlee Yoder was 5 for 7. Yoder and Olivia Thomas each had 1 kill. Lillie Clemens led the team in digs with 7, Hannah Andrews had 2 digs, Cassidy James and Ellie King each had 1 dig.

Bryan 8th grade defeated Delta in two sets, 25-22 and 25-21. Tristyn Durdel was the leading server, serving 11-12 with two aces. She was followed by Crystal Fillman serving 10-10 with 5 aces, Blayze Langenderfer serving 6-9 with one ace and Kierstyn Bherns serving 5-7 with two aces. Blayze Langenderfer had 4 kills and Allie Parker had two digs.
7/8 CC Do Well At Napoleon
JH boys and girls ran at Napoleon tonight for a meet against, Archbold, Defiance and Napoleon. Boys did not have enough for a team score but too rinners were Wyatt Garza and Hayden Whetro, with a time of 16:37. Girls competed and got 1st place overall by 1 point over archbold. Top girl runners were Molly Hess (4th: 14:29) Marah Smith (5th: 14:55), Ella Voigt (10th: 15:30), Tabithah Taylor (11th: 15:30) and Avery Brown (20th: 16:29)!

7th grade lost to Hilltop in 2 sets, 18-25 and 13-25.
Leading the team in serving was Ellie King serving 6 for 7. Lillie Clemens was 6 for 8.
Bryan 8th grade lost to Hilltop in two sets, 17-25 and 11-25. Maya Keil was the leading server, serving 10-10, followed by Kierstyn Bherns serving 4-6. Kierstyn Bherns also had 3 digs.

7th Football Over Glenwood (Findlay)
Bryan wins 14-6 against opponent Glenwood of Findlay. The Goldenbears began their home debut by an opening series 70 yard touchdown run by Aiden Shellenberger. The Goldenbears held off their opponent with great defense including an interception from Maddox Langenderfer. A third quarter sweep turned into a Jase Kepler 50 yard scramble to score and place the Goldenbears ahead for the win.

Girls and Boys Cross Country Compete at Columbus Grove
Today the Bryan Jr High Boys and Girls competed at the Columbus grove invite. Boys competed well in the open race, lots of personal bests today. Girls got 10th out of 16 teams. Highlights Marah Smith got 15th overall, and Molly Hess 24th overall for girls. All Girls beat their own personal bests today.

Jr. High Cross Country run at Archbold
Last night the Bryan Jr. High Cross Country teams competed at Archbold versus Liberty Center, Pettisville, and Archbold. Girls placed 2nd overall, and Boys placed 3rd overall. Molly Hess and Marah Smith placed 2nd and 3rd out of 38 girls. All of the Boys ran well and beat their times from our previous meet Tuesday night.
